FAQs

What is your turn around time? When will I get my photos?

Starting in 2024, sneak peeks will be limited so full galleries can be sent out sooner. Full galleries will be uploaded and delivered within one-two week(s) of session date. Newborn sessions can sometimes take a bit longer and may take up to three weeks for full gallery. During my busy time full galleries may take longer but I will always communicate with you via email if this is the case.

If you need or want your gallery within 48 hours of your session date, the fee will be $75 and be an option when booking.

You will have access to your gallery for three months.

What if I need to reschedule my session? Or cancel?

Cancellation or rescheduling must be at least 48 hours before time of session, there is NO refund if cancellation is same day.

If you need to reschedule you will be scheduled for the next available date for photographer. Session may be canceled by photographer if session is rescheduled after two times.

What is refundable?

50% of session is refundable if you need to cancel. It must be 48 hours before session. Short notice cancellation will receive no refund unless certain reasons. If session is canceled due to photographer and can not be rescheduled full refund will be made. Refunds are NEVER made after gallery is delivered.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for bundles and invoices $400 or larger only. Payment plans are made based off of date of session.

What if my kids are in a bad mood?

Don’t even dare worry about this! I am a mom of two with a wild toddler, I GET IT. I’ve worked with kiddos since the age of 16, please never ever worry or stress out about kids just being kids. We will get through it together, bring favorite toys and treats ;)

We have no idea what we’re doing!

Don’t worry I am here for you! I am not just behind the camera, I am here to help you decide what to wear, I even have a client closet that you will have access to when booking a session. I’m here to make you comfortable in front of the camera and have photos you may or may not cry to.
